Rep. Oye continues to tackle the fight for DC Statehood meeting with members of Congress on both sides of the aisle, national and local organizations, and community stakeholders.

 

By creating the Next Generation Statehood Initiative that raises funds for DC Statehood activities, Rep. Oye has pushed the message nationwide. His efforts have assisted Congress to vote and pass the Washington, D.C. Admission Act 2021.
